To date, DLI has identified OFC within the areas of education and healthcare reform for which it has formulated innovative, effective change strategies.  These change strategies are:

Focused on informing and educating Elected Latino Officials from across the United States on the educational and healthcare issues, trends and barriers most affecting their constituencies.

The ADA Parent Education Program empowers and trains parents to become effective advocates and partners in their children’s education.  It creates a community in which parents and education counselors collaborate to transform each child’s educational environment by helping parents instill the value of education within themselves and their children.  Through ADA, parents are given the tools to guide their children through high school and into higher education.
